Site work and renovation of a civil project in Scotland Neck, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Proposals must be made on the blank form provided in the Contract Documents, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Mayor, Town of Scotland Neck, North Carolina. The name and address and qualified Licensing Number of the Bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of each envelope. Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. 87-15, by submitting a bid, the Bidder represents that it is appropriately licensed by all applicable Licensing boards for the scope of Work presented herein. The project scope of work consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment necessary to install the following: Rehabilitation and improvements to the existing headworks, bar screen and grit removal, equipment, influent pump station, brush rotor replacement, existing aerobic digester diffused air improvements, existing filter pump station electrical improvements and miscellaneous site work and piping. There are two (2) WWTP projects bidding, Phase-5 Contract 1 and Phase-6 Contract 2. If a Bidder fails to execute and file an agreement, the amount of his security shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
