Notice is hereby given that Baker School District 5J bond projects are open for bidding on the Baker Early Learning Center HVAC/ Security/Electrical/Roofing upgrades. This project consists of upgrades to the Baker Early Learning Center. Installation of new mechanical equipment and modification of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, new safety and security upgrades and a complete re-roofing of portions of the existing facility. The Scope of Work shall generally include, but not limited to, the adjustment of existing mechanical systems, fire alarm systems, safety and security equipment, installation of new equipment, new structural components, wall and ceiling framing, interior finishes, painting, electrical, lighting, low voltage data, and new roofing of the existing facility.
