REQUIREMENT: Government is seeking interested and capable construction firm is to provide all labor, tools, materials, and expertise to complete Project No. 596-23-103 Abate Lead Paint in Stairwells Building 28. Construction disciplines anticipated include general construction, lead paint abatement, third party air monitoring, infection control, interior plaster repair, and interior painting. All finished walls and ceilings in both three-story stairwells shall have a like new appearance. Only one (1) three-story stairwell can be closed and worked on at a time due to egress requirements. The anticipated NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and has a small business size standard of $45.0 million.
