The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities when such waiver is determined by the LexingtonFayette Urban County Government to be in its best interest. The scope includes design of a family aquatic in Douglass Park per the 2016 Aquatics Master Plan recommendations included in this RFP. The project goal is to award the project as quickly as possible and have all documents ready to bid on or about August 1, 2023. Construction may begin any time after the pool closes around Labor Day. The new pool shall open on Memorial Day 2024 Question Deadline: 3/23/2023 12:00 PM (ET)
