This Project Renovates Classroom 153. Upgrades Include New Seating, New Flooring, New Ceilings, New Led Lights, New Hvac Diffusers, Revised Power, Audio-visual Equipment Upgrades, and a Modified Demonstration Bench. Chem Phys 222: This Project Renovates Classroom 222. Upgrades Include Conversion of Double Door to a Single Door, Addition of a Second Door, New Seating, New Flooring, New Ceilings, New Led Lights, Revised Hvac, Revised Power, and Audio-visual Equipment Upgrades. Both Rooms Are Active Classrooms. Therefore, Work Will Need to Be Conducted When No Classes Are in Session. o Both Classrooms Are Available After 3:00 P.m. On Monday/wednesday/friday. o Both Classrooms Are Available After 3:30 P.m. On Tuesday/thursday The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be sixty (60) consecutive calendar days and Final Completion shall be fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
