Renovation of a parking garage in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Description The scope of work of this Project consists of the supply and warranting of all materials and products as herein specified in this RFP and attachments. The installation labor will be included in a future bid package - this package is for the materials only. The project comprises of an expansion to the existing Parking Structure 8 facility that will net approximately 730 additional spaces for UK Healthcare located at 110 Transcript Ave, Lexington, KY 40508.
