Renovation of a municipal facility in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,150-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

PLEASE NOTE: The Port of Morrow will be acting as the General Contractor for this project. The current scope of work for this project will include Supply of Labor, Materials & Equipment to the Port of Morrow. The sites are located at 255 N. Olson RD. Boardman OR 97818. Access to the site will be provided by the Owner. Project Description: Sage Center Addition is a 15,150 square foot Single Story facility that consists of Reception, Lobby, Convention Floor, Conference Room, Storage and Accessory areas. Occupancy group A Convention Space. Construction type V-B, Sprinklered. The Port of Morrow is Requesting Bids for Supply of Labor, Materials, and Equipment from PrimeContractors for the following separate disciplines: o Mechanical Systems SEE DIVISION 23 - HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) o Electrical Systems SEE DIVISION 26 - ELECTRICAL o Plumbing Systems SEE DIVISION 22 - PLUMBING o Fire Sprinkler System: Complete Design Build Fire Sprinkler System see plans for general specification and scope of work. o Audio & Video: Equipment Specifications Provided or pre-approved equal, See plans for general specifications and scope of work Every request for such interpretation should be requested by email at bids@portofmorrow.com or in writing and addressed to Port of Morrow, P. O. Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Question Deadline 04/18/2023 1. Roads and streets surrounding the project site shall not be blocked to vehicle traffic at any time by operations under this Contract. 2. Contractor shall remove and sweep dirt, mud, gravel, debris, etc. due to work under this Contract from paved roads and streets adjacent to the site daily. 3. Contractor and construction personnel shall not park equipment or personal vehicles along roads and streets surrounding the project site, nor in a manner to disrupt traffic flow or access to any adjacent properties. 4. Contractor shall not enter adjacent properties, private driveways, etc., for any reason. Do not use adjacent properties or private driveways for vehicle turn around. 5. Contractor shall not drive on, park on, or store equipment or materials on properties adjacent to the site without the express written permission of the owner of such properties. Materials stored on adjacent properties shall not be considered as "stored on site" for determining amounts of payments owed to Contractor.
