SCOPE: Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Facilities Management, invites your company to bid on providing standard plumbing fixtures, parts, and supplies. Orders may be made under this resulting contract by any Salt Lake County office. This bid is to determine a tier pricing structure, such as contractor, retail, or general public level. This tier is then applied to purchases to be made through the resulting contract(s). Bidders not bidding as requested may be deemed non-responsive. CONTRACT TERM: The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution with a five (5) year term. The County reserves the right to review the contract on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract. PRODUCT QUALITY and AVAILABILITY: The successful bidders to this solicitation must have the general class of standard Plumbing Fixtures, Parts and Supplies including those items on the sample list adequately stocked by the bidder and warehoused in Salt Lake County for same day availability. Salt Lake County reserves the right to inspect bidders' warehousing facilities in order to determine their capabilities in fulfilling these requirements.
