Description Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services. Remediation of pool deck and pool gutter that has subsided. Existing concrete slab around existing leisure and lap pools to be demolished. New concrete slab to be installed at lower elevation with new pedestal paver system installed over top. Existing pool drainage gutter to be modified. Existing floor drains to be modified. New perimeter swimming pool gutters to be installed. Miscellaneous accessory work such as shims, sealant, grouting, connection pieces and fastners/assemblies to be included. Recreation and playground and swimming and spa equipment and supplies including maintenance and repairs. Location- Northwest Recreation Center Swimming Pools Renovation located at 1255 W. Clark Ave (300 North) Salt Lake City, Utah Bond Range $975,000 to $1,075,000.
