2023 Seal Coat Aggregate Supply Contract 2023 Chip Seal Aggregate - (800 Tons of 3/8 to No. 10 Chip in stockpile) No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etc. Prevailing wage rates do not apply to this contract if the purchase of the aggregate materials are from a commercial quarry and since the materials will be hauled by County Forces and for use by County on maintenance related activities The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids.
