This Request for Proposal is to establish a contract for glass and window purchases and installation services to be provided on a "As Needed" basis as required by and for New Mexico Highlands University. New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) is seeking submission for glass and window purchases and installation services pursuant to the terms and conditions of this RFP. Last Day to Submit Requests for Clarification : To be received by 5:00 pm on April 5, 2023 All requests of clarification about the meaning or intent of the RFP shall be submitted in writing and to the POC. The resultant Contract shall be for a one (1) year term starting on the date of the execution of the Contract. The Contract may be extended for an additional three (3) years and are to be made in a minimum of one (1) year increments. Contract may not exceed 4 years including extensions. Extensions must be made in writing and must be signed by authorized representatives of both parties
