Site work and paving for a civil project in Rayne, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of removal and replacement of existing drainage structures and drainage pipes ranging in size from 15" to 48" equivalent diameters along the west side of Robert Street from E. Branche Street to E. Betty Street and along the south side of Betty Street from Robert Street eastward to a drainage outfall, regrading of existing ditches along said streets, and supplemental work to facilitate the drainage improvements such as, but not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks/driveways/streets, installation of yard drains, adjustment of water services, and installation of conflict boxes. The length of the project is approximately 3200. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Rayne, LA, the amount of which shall be five percent (5%) of the base bid plus additive alternates.
