Opportunity Description: o Remove and dispose of existing carpet in approved areas. o Remove and reassemble office furniture in approved areas. o Work must be completed in such a way that it does not disrupt day-to-day operations of Red Deer County (i.e. weekend, evenings, night work). o A detailed work plan and associated yearly schedule and must be approved by Red Deer County representative, Sept 2023 is not available. o Any temporary storage required would be the responsibility of the contractor. o Replacement carpet must be available for the entire building as this will be a three-year project. o The choice of adhesive must be acceptable to allow re-entry to Staff with no adverse effects (i.e.: low odor, environmentally friendly). o Final cleaning is the responsibility of the contractor. o Contractors must follow after-hours access procedure as per Red Deer County. o Carpet must be pre-approved prior to purchase and installation. (*) The Performance Bond must be included in with the Contracts when they are provided to Red Deer County for final execution. All work herein shall be completed by December 31, 2025. Each phase shall be completed within the calendar year, Wing A - December 31, 2023, Wing B - December 31, 2024, Wing C - December 31, 2025.
