This proposal is an invitation to experienced and qualified facility janitorial firms to submit detailed proposals covering the supply of janitorial services. The agreement shall be for a period of 3 (three) years commencing on April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2027. The County shall also have 3 (three) options to extend the term of the Contract for a period of one year each. The successful Contractor, prior to agreement execution will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of twenty five thousand ($25,000) dollars. This bond will require renewal on a yearly basis on the anniversary date of the contract and will be in continuous force until expiry or cancellation of the contract.
