Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Red Deer County, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Red Deer County is requesting proposals to upgrade the HVAC mechanical system and to replace the current automation system in the Red Deer County administration building. This proposal would include a review of the current mechanical systems, (slab heating - 14 zones, heat pumps - 9, and HRV's - 7). Red Deer County would like to integrate these systems into a functional system that can provide thermal comfort throughout the entire building in all seasons.
