Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Project consists of the following: 1. Construction of a Marquee Sign 2. Geothermal System Improvements A. Abandon well fields 7 & 8 in place B. Demolish 13 geothermal heat pumps noted above and return to DISD. Demolish associated geothermal pump models, piping, valves, etc. back to risers in mechanical room. Existing supply/return ductwork, diffusers, grilles, etc. will remain in place and be re-used where feasible. C. Provide 13 new packaged DX RTUs with natural gas heat D. Replace HP-103 in like kind 3. Plumbing A. Replace hot water heater: B. Replace domestic water heaters EWH-1 and EWH-2 in like kind. C. Provide all floor drains with new trap guards D. Replace 4 EWCs with new bi-level, filtered EWCs with bottle fillers. 4. Fire Alarm A. Provide new Notifier fire alarm system
