Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Silver Creek, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes remove and dispose portions of existing HMA surfacing and provide new HMA surfacing. Work includes providing: Demo, remove, and dispose off-site sod and surface organic where new HMA/base, base extensions, concrete, and other infrastructure are to be installed; additional CSBC / CSTC base aggregate to reshape the surface; HMA surfacing; CSBC / CSTC shoulder rock; Paint striping, and; Subsidiary work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
