Provide pipe replacement services located at two separate locations within Franklin and Bedford County per the specifications. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Shonda Fowler at Shonda.fowler@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on April 10, 2023. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From the date of award through 06/09/2023. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest.
