As of August 15, 2024, a construction RFP for contractors has been issued. Due date of September 19, 2024. The Lea County Board of County Commissioners requests sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide construction services for the renovation and addition to the existing Lea County Event Center. Subcontractor Qualifications Forms are required for those Subcontractors whose contracts will be over $2,640,000. Deadline for submitting questions is 4 pm 9/5/24.
