Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bailey, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this project to provide a new steel building. Key components of the project include: Design and build a new 130' x 40' 6 bay with office space, clear span insulated and heated steel building/shop/office including 6 overhead doors. Office space to have separate man door entrance and windows for natural light. Wall height at eaves to be 16' to accommodate 14' tall overhead doors. Park County Board of Commissioners has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion.
