Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monticello, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: Regrading, compacting and graveling the road down to Little Mary Lake, and the road to the Group Site Parking Lot at Lake Maria State Park. The main road to Little Mary Lake is approximately 6,160 feet long and 13 feet wide. A 4" compacted lift of Class 5 aggregate would take approximately 1,762 C.Y. or 2,470 TON. The Group Site Camp road is approximately 2,480 feet long and 16' wide. A 4" compacted lift of Class 5 aggregate would take approximately 630 C.Y. or 880 TON
