Renovation of an educational facility in Monticello, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot educational facility.
As of May 17, 2023, this project has been cancelled by the School District and will not rebid. Scope includes but is not limited to: includes demo, masonry, casework, gypsum walls, doors and hardware, flooring, paint, wall pads, acoustical ceilings, HVAC and electrical. Owner will accept proposals from Bidders for the separate prime contract awards for the following divisions of Work: General Construction Mechanical Construction Electrical Construction Bid Packages: BP#4A Unit Masonry BP#6A Carpentry Bids will be opened in private and will be accepted by sealed envelope only, faxed, hand delivered Project construction will be based on the following schedule: 1. Bid Opening: June 6, 2023 2. Begin Construction: June 19, 2023 3. Date of Substantial Completion: August 18, 2023 4. Date of Final Completion: August 25, 2023 BP#6I Casework BP#8A Metal Frames/Doors BP#9D Acoustical Ceilings BP#9L Painting BP#11G Wall Pads BP#23A HVAC BP#26A Electrical Performance Bond is required for contracts over 20,000 but Owner reserves the right to require any prime Contractor to provide Performance Bond. If so requested, Owner will pay cost of such Bond. Please provide a Performance bond in the amount of 100% as an Alternate.
