Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monticello, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 14,000 C Y Excavation Common (P) 9,000 C Y Common Borrow 6,500 C Y Class 5 Gravel 405 S Y Bituminous Pavement Parking 800 L F Electrical Conduit and Wiring 1 L S Irrigation System expansion. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the earthwork, aggregate roadways, parking areas, trails, storm sewer, water service, electrical connections, landscape restoration, and appurtenant work. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
