Site work and paving for a road / highway in Farr West, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of May 4, 2023, project was awarded to Post Construction, awarded amount is $253,747.27.** The Project consists of two separate bid schedules - A: chip & seal with a fog coat; and B - soft spot repair and patching, possible level course, pre-lowering valve and manhole collars, edge-milling, and an asphalt overlay, then raising all collars to finish grade. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info 1-year warranty on all work performed and materials installed is required. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
