This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to invite experienced and qualified Proponents to submit their detailed proposals for SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSPECTIONS to satisfy the requirements of the HRCE for the services set out in this RFP ("Proposal"). The successful bidder will be held to provide qualified personnel to perform testing, inspection, maintenance, repair and reporting services for the Sprinkler Systems and Standpipe Systems at the Halifax Regional Centre for Education locations described in the attached appendices of this document. For a more complete description of systems and devices please refer to Appendix G and Appendix H.
