Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 Public notice is hereby given that the PUBLIC BODY wishes to launch a call for tenders relating to the execution on demand for plumbing work for all the establishments of the PUBLIC BODY. INFORMATION As of March 23, 2023, any person or company will be able to obtain the tender documents on the website of the Electronic Tendering System. The pricing list can be found under Customer Service. Tender documents can only be obtained through them INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT No information meeting or visit is planned. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The BIDDER must accompany its Bid with a bid guarantee, for a fixed amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00). If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form. If the Bid is transmitted on paper, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued by a Financial Institution in accordance with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form;
a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; If, for exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC BODY has to close its doors on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of tenders, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same places and times. This tender notice represents an overview of certain conditions set out in the tender documents, of which it forms an integral part. The tenderer must read all the tender documents.
