Remove 17 pine trees from Area Office 4 property and reclaim the area Provide all shop, supervision, labor, equipment and materials to remove trees from the property line of Area Office 39, Natural Bridge Virginia. Bidders are responsible for verification of number and volume of plant material to be removed. Complete removal of 17 pine trees on the facility property line . Remove all wood and debris from the property. Grind stumps to ten inches below grade level. Remove all grindings. Provide topsoil and fill all depressions created by grinding the stumps. Prepare for seeding and eventual maintenance as lawn area. Seed the entire area with turf type tall fescue. Cover seeded area with straw to maintain seed bed and prevent erosion. Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements for this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a Bid. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster at the location where the work will be performed.
