Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority (GBT) is seeking a qualified firm (or team) for engineering services, for the installation of thirty to forty shelters, with amenities, at GBT bus stops located primarily in the municipalities of Bridgeport, Fairfield, Trumbull and Stratford. Since 2014, GBT has installed more than twenty-five aluminum framed 5' x 12' shelters in the service area. GBT envisions this project to be a continuation of that work, with the installation of similar shelters and level of amenities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
