Contract 1 – Fowler Center was awarded to Worth and Co. for $370,000, and Contract 2 – Hartzell Hall was awarded to JBM for $177,300 The Northampton Community College will receive sealed bids for the Fowler Center Boiler Replacement and Hartzell Hall Chiller Replacement Projects in the form of a single prime lump sum contracts.
