The City of Boston, in partnership with the Boston Planning & Development Agency, seeks consulting services to study Interior Facilities of Public Accommodation (FPA) conditions, civic/cultural users in Boston, and FPA tenanting processes. Acknowledging the importance and urgency of increasing access to civic/cultural space, the City seeks consultants with urban and space planning expertise to assess the Chapter 91 FPA pipeline, civic/cultural space user needs, and evaluating the delivery conditions and tenanting process for such spaces. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
