Replacement of existing surface aerators in all lagoon cells, including anchoring improvements, and supplying a floating barge. 5. Replacement of the Cell #3 outlet structure. 6. Demolition of existing blowers housed in a building which is to be converted to a dedicated electrical/controls building. 7. Installation of required yard piping improvements along with site improvements. 8. Completion of each item includes all materials, labor, reclamation, transportation, material processing plants, equipment, royalties, warranties, O&M manuals, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as described in the construction drawings and these specifications. 9.
