Renovation of a municipal facility in Laconia, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Courthouse Masonry Repairs Successful Contractor will furnish all labor and materials to: Perform Masonry Repairs & Repointing In addition to completed proposal forms included in this package, Contractors will include a Project Schedule Outline. The contract shall be deemed as having been awarded when the formal notice of acceptance. Unsuccessful Contractors will be notified in writing. Work shall begin within 2 weeks from award unless otherwise allowed by the Owner in writing. All work as required in these specifications shall be completed by November 17, 2023. Requests for extensions must be made in writing to the County of Belknap and authorized by an agent of the County if unforeseen conditions make it necessary to do so. This meeting shall include the Contractor and the County's Representative. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correction and/or repair of any damage to the facility resulting from the related work at completion of job.
