This project consists of the remodeling of two public restrooms. The work will include new plumbing fixtures and locations, lighting upgrades and finish upgrades including floor and wall tile, painting, restroom accessories, and new ceiling tile. Submit bids for all work as outlined on the bid form and in the project documents. The bids shall be made on the bid form accompanying the project specifications. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered.
