Roofing project located at Green Bay City Hall, 100 N. Jefferson St. Green Bay, Wisconsin In accordance with the contract documents, all of which are on file in the City Clerk’s/Treasurer’s Office and the Director of Public Works Office in the Green Bay City Hall. In general, the Project involves reroofing City Hall. Project includes complete tear-off of existing roof and installation of a new, fully adhered EPDM roof. All work required in this contract shall be completed by September 29, 2023. The City of Green Bay, Wisconsin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding All proposals must be submitted on the Bidders Proposal provided for that purpose and issued to the specific bidder by the Director of Public Works together with a certified check or a bid bond equal to at least five (5) but not more than ten (10) percent of the bid payable to the City of Green Bay as a guarantee that if his/her bid is accepted, he/she will execute and file the contract and a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Only the Proposal Pages, Bid Bond or Certified Check, Affidavit of Compliance, Disclosure of Ownership, and any Addenda issued shall be submitted. Each bidder submitting a bid shall execute the Disclosure of Ownership Form DWD-ERD-7777 (R. 01/2011), if applicable. All questions about the meanings or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Owner in writing.Only questions answered by formal written addendum shall be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications shall be without legal effect.
