In general, the work consists of: pulverizing, reshaping, and repaving of Walter Way and adjacent parking lots from Lefenestey Court to the Walter Way Stub and King Park (softball field) parking lot. The improvements include but are not limited to concrete dumpster pads and enclosures, asphalt pavement replacement, parking lot and roadway lighting replacement, spot curb and gutter replacement, spot sidewalk replacement, storm facility improvements, storm bioinfiltration device installation, lawn restoration, and related items. NOTICE: The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsins prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017.
