In general, the work consists of: Renovation of an existing 455 SF Mens Restroom into a single-user all-gender restroom and a separate Mens Restroom. The work will involve the removal of a concrete masonry unit plumbing chase wall and a portion of floor to facilitate installation of the new plumbing fixtures. New finishes will be provided for both rooms.
