For the following: BID #2023-040 DOC Cramer Sports Complex Sod and Infield Mix for Soccer Field No. 2, Softball Field No. 1, Little League Field No. 2, Little League Field No. 4 For the Township of Stafford General Description of the Project: The project consists of the following: The project consists of the following Removal and disposal of existing grass and infield surface, installation of approximately 600 cubic yards of new infield mix, installation of new clay bricks for pitcher's mound and batter's box to the grades indicated and installation of approximately 750 cubic yards of topsoil and 100,000 square feet of new sod. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. Bid Submission Procedures: Bid must be on the bid form prepared by Owen, Little & Associates, Inc., in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the project and the name and address of the Bidder. Bid Security: Bid security is required in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
