Cayuga Community College - Main Building Partial Reroofing No oral interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents will be made to any bidder. All requests for such interpretations shall be sent in writing addressed to Thomas R. Pratt Architect, PC, 7030 East Genesee Street, Ste 108, Fayetteville, New York 13066, and must be received at least four days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Project Manual which, if issued, will be mailed to prospective bidders of record (at the address furnished for such purposes) no later than four days prior to the date fixed for the opening bids. Questions received less than four days before the bid opening will cannot be answered."
