Two Periods: Period 1: April 12-July 31 Period 2: August 1- October 31 Potassium Permanganate (free flowing material) 275.58 lb Deliveries Approximately 1,100 lbs April 12 2023 - April 11 2024. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bids received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidders may withdraw a bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Pricing Lump sum
