District-County-Route-Post Mile: 02-Sis-96-R50.7/55.9 Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.04. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 25 working days. If your bid is over $388,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract.
