Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a military facility, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the renovation of the Memorial Union Fountain of the Four Seasons. Salvage and reinstallation of paving system and limestone units, select limestone unit replacements, select plumbing salvage, demolition and reconstruction of concrete structures, mechanical, electrical, and waterproofing systems. Coordination with Owners representative of installation of limestone sculptures and terra cotta units by others. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional.
