Site work for a water / sewer project in Hobart, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 02, 2023, project was awarded to Performance Pipelining, Inc., and the awarded amount is $578,778.50.** Approximately 1,925 LF of sanitary sewer lining ranging from 8" to 15" sewers, cement lining sanitary sewer manholes, and other appurtenant work. Work to be performed in three different locations in the City of Hobart. Two (2) copies of the Bid Package should be submitted and must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank or trust company, drawn to the order of the Hobart Sanitary and Stormwater District, or an acceptable Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid for the Project. This sum is a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The Sanitary District Board reserves the right, after all Bids have been examined and tabulated, to waive any Informalities and insubstantial defects in any Bid; to accept: the Bid which it deems to be the lowest, responsive, and responsible; and to reject any and ail of the Bids received. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held.
