Renovation of a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport ("CLT" or "Airport"), which is owned and operated by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, will be accepting bids for Concourse E Renovations The project consists of renovations of the interior public areas of Concourse E, including concourse circulation areas, hold rooms, and toilet rooms. Items specifically included (but, not limited to) in the interior public area renovations are as follows: o New carpet in the hold rooms o New terrazzo in circulation corridors and toilet rooms o Complete renovation of all existing toilet rooms o New general lighting and accent lighting o New suspended ceilings o Fire protection in selected areas o Electrical modifications o Powered holdroom seating o New signage and wayfinding to align with current CLT standards o Replacement of VAV units o Replacement of six moving walkway units
