The Town of Hyde Park (Town) seeks to retain the services of a general Contractor (Contractor), for the replacement and upgrade of the existing culvert crossings under Centerville Road and Brook Road in Hyde Park, Vermont. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid/ Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and to establish a contract for the purchase of these services. Questions should be directed to Andres Torizzo, Watershed Consulting Associates, and may be e-mailed to andres@watershedca.com. If significant questions arise in the final two business days of the bid period, the due date may be extended at the owners request. Intermediate clarifications will be issued during the bid period.
