The Town of Hyde Park (Town) seeks to retain the services of a general Contractor (Contractor), for the replacement and upgrade of the existing culvert crossings under Centerville Road and Brook Road in Hyde Park, Vermont. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid/ Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and to establish a contract for the purchase of these services.
