In accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31, the City of Fayetteville Public Works Commission (FPWC) is seeking the services of one or more qualified engineering consultant(s) to provide engineering services for the following project: To design new transmission and distribution upgrades as it relates to infrastructure improvements of new NCDOT projects located in Fayetteville North Carolina. Fayetteville Public Works Commission (FPWC) receives requests by NCDOT (North Carolina Department of Transportation) to relocate their electrical infrastructure. Considering the complexity and duration of these projects FPWC will be hiring a competent engineering firm to complete the design and execution of those projects. FPWC typically hires an engineering firm to design and execute NCDOT projects. Periodically, FPWC is required to seek out qualified engineering firm(s) who will execute NCDOT projects in order to remain fair and equitable.
