Site work and renovation of an educational facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Areas to include office area, gym area and remaining classroom areas. Office and classroom areas will receive window mounted heat pumps and the gym area will receive wall mounted heat pumps. In addition, there will be some misc. Electrical work to be performed. The scope of work consists of replacement of the existing windows in the classrooms, replacement of twenty-one (21) existing window air conditioning units in kind. Included as an Alternate is the replacement of four (4) existing air-cooled split system units in kind serving the Gymnasium Building, replace clearstory windows at building 1 and building automation system. Bid Bond is required. Certain MBE guidelines must be followed. Single prime bids will be accepted in accordance with G.S. 143-128. Furnish NC License Number (G.S. Chapter 87 establishes licensing requirements for general, plumbing, heating, electrical, and refrigeration contractors for construction projects costing $30,000 or more). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Completion- 89 consecutive calendar days
