This project is part of a multi-phase program to rehabilitate the collection system lift stations by performing preventative maintenance and upgrades to ensure reliable operation. This project will rehabilitate all or a portion of the Citys seven (7) older lift stations starting in FY 2022-23 over the four subsequent fiscal years, subject to inspection. Such work may include repairing interior wet wells, installing new pumps/motors/valves, installing by-pass piping and connections, replacing corroded components, replacing manhole covers, and installing control monitoring equipment. This project is included in the City of Scotts Valley's FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of July 18, 2024, as of this time, no work is going on with this project. The owner states that they do anticipate doing some small things at several of the lift stations in 2024 such as replacing of equipment and adding some automatic transfer switches. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
