The 2025 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT involves the furnish of all materials, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to replace existing water mains located within Scotts Valley City limits and the within limits of Santa Cruz County and under the jurisdiction of Scotts Valley Water District. The two (2) separate improvements are located at the very end of La Cuesta Drive and within Belair Court. La Cuesta Drive is a new watermain approximately 1,370 linear feet in length. Belair Court will consist of 300-feet or less of pipe replacement and installation. Pre-Bid Inquiries. Bidders may submit pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests. Bidders are solely and exclusively responsible for submitting such inquiries or clarification requests not less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled closing date for the receipt of Bid Proposals. The District will not respond to any bidder inquiries or clarification requests unless such inquiries or clarification requests are timely submitted.
