The work involves the preparation of a park-specific master plan for Skypark, a 22.5 acre community park located adjacent to the future Scotts Valley Town Center. Proposals are to be submitted by qualified firms in one electronic PDF format, accepted via email only. No submissions by oral communication, telephone, or facsimile transmission will be accepted. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the time set for closing; postmarks will not be accepted and late proposals will be rejected. Skypark is the largest park in Scotts Valley and includes amenities such as a skatepark, large multipurpose fields, bocce courts, half-court basketball courts, playgrounds for different age groups, tennis and pickleball courts, a walking/jogging/cycling trail with calisthenics equipment, gazebos, picnic tables with BBQs, and a bathroom facility.
