EBCAP, located at 100 Bullocks Point Avenue in Riverside, RI, invites bids for the repair and repaving of the exterior parking lots at two locations - 6 John H Chafee Blvd in Newport RI and 100 Bullocks Point Avenue, Riverside, RI. Both sites require different scopes of work, and vendors can choose to bid on one or both projects. We would also like to install adequate lighting for the parking area and run conduit and electrical to the current sign located on the Bullocks Ave side of the building. Currently, there is no lighting in the lot, so this will require all new runs from the building. We request the lights be put on a separate panel as we believe we don't have the capacity currently to accommodate this draw. The parking lot at 100 Bullocks Point Avenue has fifty-four (54) standard parking spaces and four (4) designated handicap spaces. The proposed work includes extending the concrete dumpster pad, removing and disposing of the current lot, and seal coating and restriping the lot. Additionally, two roof drainage systems need to be constructed under the existing parking/driveway areas to alleviate surface flow.
